ATBG is looking to appoint a motivated candidate for the position of Customs Agent
Responsibilities:
-Full customs clearance of incoming/outbound third party goods. Closure of customs procedure, completion of transport documents.
– Issuance of a complete set of outgoing documents – CMR, Invoice, Packing list, Carnet TIR, T1, T2, EX, ODN, etc., fully complying with all conditions and requirements of the final recipient
-Re-export of goods from non-EU countries to EU countries.

PART 145 QUALITY AUDITOR
Responsibilities:
In this position you will report to the Quality Manager and are responsible for:
– To support the approved from BG CAA Part 145 Quality Manager, in ensuring that the standards of the Quality System are maintained and to replace him in the case of planned or unplanned absence.
– To support in developing, implementing and maintaining both Compliance Monitoring Program and Quality System over 145
– Ensuring national aviation regulations are observed and implemented appropriately over Part 145
– Liaising with competent CAA aviation authority and surveyor
– Management of findings and noncompliance reports
– Monitoring the implementation of a corrective action plan and conduct a follow up to ensure compliance
– Performing audits according to international and regulatory requirements and approved audit plans by following corporate policies and using techniques that deliver objective, measurable results
– Fulfilling all stages of the audit process including: scope, objectives, follow-up and closing
– Auditing of aircraft engineers for the purpose of certification, auditing validity of equipment and tools calibration
– Assessment and monitoring of third party contracted (or sub-contracted) service providers and suppliers to ensure standards are maintained.
Requirements:
In order to satisfy ATBG requirements, and to meet the acceptance criteria of the BG CAA, the Quality & Compliance Manager must be able to demonstrate the following:
– University degree in aviation technologies (Bachelor or Master)
– ISO19011/2011 and methods of a root cause analysis and management of nonconformity
– Previous holder of EASA Form 4 approval is preferred but not mandatory
– Minimum five years relevant work experience in aeronautical industry of which at least two years should be in an appropriate position.
– Experience working in Civil Aviation
– Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of EASA regulations including: Part 145, Part CAMO, Part-21J/G, and Part ARO
– Knowledge of auditing techniques including: planning, conducting and reporting
– Must possess confident and effective interpersonal communication skills when dealing with colleagues, partners and authorities
– Proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable learning new systems
– Fluent in English to a minimum of B 2 (ICAO Level 5) standard.
Specialist – structural aircraft repairs
Aero Technic BG Ltd. is looking to hire employees with a desire to develop in the field of structural aircraft repairs.
Minimum requirements – secondary technical education and fluent English.
Procurement Officer, Logistic
Responsibilities:
– Sourcing parts and materials in accordance with company policies and procedures;
– Tracking and monitoring of purchase orders;
– Expediting purchase orders with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of purchased items;
– Assist with projects
– Education – minimum Bachelor’s degree.
– Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, ect.), use of email, internet, and other computer tools;
EASA B1 or B2 Licensed Engineer, aircraft type BOEING 737 NG or ATR42/72 or A320FAMILY
-Performs duties as a licensed maintenance personnel specified in company procedures.
-Provides all duties be implemented in accordance with the quality policy of the organization.
-Typed and current on at least of one of the listed above aircraft types.
-Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of aircraft systems.
-Ability to work with minimal supervision.
-Must be able to travel and work overtime as needed.
Aircraft Maintenance Production Planning and Documents Engineer
– Planning of aircraft maintenance events
– Evaluation of customer workpackage in terms of material and manhour forecasting
– Preparation of analysis and reports
– Excellent analytical skills, communicative, methodical and well organized
– Good PC skills of Microsoft Office applications
– Experience in airworthiness management or planning of aircraft base maintenance is beneficial, but not mandatory. Be fluent in English
– Be team oriented
AIRCRAFT MECHANIC NON CRS (B1 or B2) -ATR42/72 or BAe146/AvroRJ
– Performs duties as a non-licensed maintenance personnel specified in company procedures.
– Provides all duties be implemented in accordance with the quality policy of the organization.
– EASA Part 66 Basic Training (UNIVERSITY EDUCATION WILL BE АN ADVANTAGE)
– Must be able to travel and work overtime as needed.
